Unused Class passes and Membership packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Expiration dates cannot be extended unless prior communications are made due to health/emergency situations. 

​

Virtual Month-to-Month Membership can be cancelled at anytime for future charges in writing or via email communications.

During studio closings or vacations packages will be extended for duration of closure.

​

Students will not be permitted to enter the studio late, as the studio doors are locked at the start of group classes and workshops.

​

Pre-registered classes that are not attended are not refunded as space is limited.

​

Gift certificate start dates must be used within 6-months from purchase date.
