Join Amy on the beaches of the Yucatan Peninsula for a week of restful yoga, clean eating, ocean & pool swimming and great company.  


Each day begins with a light breakfast, followed by a two-hour workshop with Amy. After a shower or a dip, a glorious brunch awaits before the day's optional excursion begins.
